Feasibility study for appliance of digital signatures in justice systems in BiH, High Judical and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The project aim was providing recommendations for the implementation of the digital signatures in Justice system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Lucid Linx consultants made detail technical, economic and human capacity assessment and legal framework analysis. The analysis of existing information system was performed, and modifications where proposed, so it could be used as an infrastructure foundation for digital signatures implementation.

Support to the Agency for Gender Equality of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Gender Center of Republika Srpska in the area of strategic and operational planning, management and human resources management.

This project aims at taking forward some of the key identified institutional obstacles identified during the assessment process. It seeks to establish medium term strategic framework for both institutions, developing detailed 2011 operational plan, build up new reporting and M&E process for both agencies, and establish new methods in performance appraisal of employees.
